Day 1 Seville
A relaxing and rejuvenating four nights away, arriving in Seville on the 19th February 2018. Check into a luxury penthouse apartment with rooftop terrace overlooking the stunning city of Seville. Meet and welcoming the group together you will then have the option of either spending the day together as a group, exploring the cities sights, or you can have free time to go at your own
pace. An optional day Spa experience where you can relax, unwind and de-stress is available at an extra cost. A trip to Seville would not be complete without experiencing a Traditional Spanish Flamenco show. An evening of tasting great Spanish Tapas and soaking up the atmosphere and vibrancy of the what the city has on offer.
Awaken to an early morning, invigorating yoga practice to start the day on the rooftop of the luxury apartment. Stimulating and easing the stiffness in the body. Preparing the mind and body for the next four days ahead at the Rural Yoga retreat. After breakfast, we will all head to the retreat on a bus which will take us to the beautiful Andalusiancountryside. (approx. 1 hour) Lunch is served at 1.30. Once you arrive at the retreat you will have time to settle into your room and take in the facilities and soak in the beautiful surroundings before a delicious vegetarian or vegan lunch.
After a leisurely lunch, we will all come together to discuss and talk about the next few days ahead. Another opportunity to get to know each other and explore and express what you would like to get from your next few days. The afternoon will be yours to either siesta, explore the beautiful countryside, swim in the saltwater pool, use the sauna or relax and begin to unwind. The early evening, we will come together for the gentle restorative yoga practice, soothe, relax and bring harmony to the mind and body. Evening dinner will follow at 7pm.
8am start for a 90 minute, dynamic vinyasa yoga practice. To awaken, energise and stimulate your body. Clearing, calming and refreshing the mind. A nutritious breakfast to follow. A group walk is available for those who wish to explore the surroundings or you are free to visit the retreats animals or just take life in a gentle, carefree way.
After lunch which is served at 1.30, you can book in for further wellness treatments. Relax and unwind, take another walk, or spend time getting to know more about the others on the retreat. Evening practice at 5pm, 90 minute session will concentrate on pranayama, (breathworks) chanting and Mudras which help develop and deepen your yoga practice. Evening meal at 7pm.
Beginning the day with an 8am start dynamic movement, stretching the muscles, increasing your flexibility and strength. Refresh, stimulate, and focus the mind. Breakfast served at 9.30 Free morning or choose from optional extras. Lunch is served at 1.30. The afternoon is yours. The retreat offers many different optional activities and excursions or you can book in for a wellbeing treatment. Evening yoga practice at 5pm, a restorative, calming, gentle practice to deepen the breath, connect with the mind and soothe the body. Evening meal at 7pm.
Coming together for our final morning of yoga practice bringing self-awareness and understanding to the body and mind. Developing union and connection with oneself and others whist practicing the asanas and pranayama. (postures and breathwork) followed by breakfast. After breakfast coming together to reflect and share experiences of your time at the retreat. Leave the retreat in the afternoon to head back to Seville airport feeling relaxed, recharged and rejuvenated.
This retreat is aimed at total beginners to seasoned Yogis looking to deepen their Yoga practice.
Cost and Booking
The total cost for the Retreat is £395.00 if you would like to upgrade to a single room there is an additional supplement. This includes one-night accommodation in Seville, breakfast in Seville, Flamenco Show, bus transfer to and from the Rural Retreat. Four nights’ accommodation at the retreat with breakfast, lunch and evening meal. All coffee, tea and water. Yoga class on the first morning in Seville, evening session on arrival at the retreat, a further morning and evening 90 min yoga and meditation class each morning and evening. Morning of the 23rd morning yoga
session and reflections before heading back home.
A deposit of £100 will be required to book and secure your place on the trip. The full payment will be required by December 31st 2017 The deposit is non refundable. Should the retreat be cancelled for any unexpected reason then full retreat money will be refunded. If there are unforeseen circumstances for your cancellation then refund minus the deposit will be returned up until 1 month before the retreat start date. Rooms are based on a shared basis, upgrades are available at an extra cost.
All meals at the rural retreat are included in the price. A full nutritious healthy vegetarian and vegan menu will be provided. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Unlimited tea and coffee and water is provided. Alcohol is available at an extra cost. There is free Wi fi and internet connection. A boutique yoga shop on site selling clothes, jewellery and snacks.

The early start allows a full day in Seville and on the return, you will get a full day. Return flights are showing at around £90 it is advisable to book should you wish to travel on this flight.

About the Teachers
Naturally Yoga RYT 200 Teacher based in Coventry & Warwickshire
My yoga journey began in or around 2007….I must admit, it wasn’t love at first asana and it wasn’t until some years later that I caught the ‘yoga bug’. I have had a consistent practise since 2010 including Ashtanga, Hatha and Kundalini.
Since qualifying in 2015 many wonderful opportunities have come my way, my teaching style is mainly Vinyasa flow and my classes are always challenging physically and mentally, delivered in English and Sanskrit with uplifting music.
I enjoy inspiring others to improve their well-being, and I aim to have each student leave my class feeling refreshed and renewed. I live a yogic lifestyle and always lead my classes in a way that reflects that.

With a 15-year background in the health and wellbeing industry Rebecca is able to offer a rare and holistic approach to health. This qualified acupuncturist, reflexologist, Reiki master and mindfulness teacher has been practicing fitness and Hatha Yoga for many years driven by a simple love for the journey. Rebecca decided to study yoga as a teacher so she could share that joy with others, and the journey moved to a new phase.
Yoga is now a foundational part of her approach to her clients’ health and wellbeing. With Rebecca you don’t just get an expert on fixing specific health problems, but instead a focus on the “whole you”. Mind, body and definitely spirit.
