Relax and Recharge in Beautiful Andalusia
You are warmly invited to join Regina this April for a fun week of yoga, healthy food and relaxation at the beautiful Suryalila Retreat Centre in southern Spain. Surrounded by olive trees, rolling hills of wheat and golden sunflowers, the retreat center is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating spring getaway. Located an hour south of Seville, amidst the gorgeous Andalusian countryside, Suryalila is home to the largest yoga dome in Europe, the spectacular OM Dome.
Enjoy two yoga classes (morning and evening) and three delicious vegetarian meals daily. The Suryalila kitchen specializes in gourmet international vegetarian cuisine, using locally-sourced organic fruits and vegetables. (Organic wine and beer is available for purchase.)
During the day there will be plenty of time for excursions to explore the beautiful Andalucian countryside and nearby towns. Activities such as wine tastings, flamenco shows or trips to nearby historic sites can be arranged, or simply relax at Suryalila and enjoy the natural saltwater swimming pool, horseback riding, juice bar, massage, sauna and more. Suryalila has wonderful animals that round out the experience: horses, alpaca, peacocks, chickens and miniature donkeys.
Morning classes will be more energizing and evening sessions more gentle, and may include restorative yoga, yoga nidra, tai chi, meditation, pranayama & other relaxing modalities depending on the energy levels and needs of the group. We welcome all yoga levels and will modify classes so everyone can practice at their own pace. There will be one yoga-free day during the week.
