Meet Gemma
Gemma comes from Chiddingly, a quaint village in Sussex, England. Her love for cooking sparked in her childhood, and she always aspired to become a chef.
After completing culinary school and a year of hospitality management studies at university, Gemma embarked on a five-year journey around the world, working in hotels across Austria, France, Australia, and New Zealand. Returning home, she honed her skills in a fine-dining restaurant for four years before her career took an exciting turn.
The opportunity to become the head chef at Suryalila came her way, and she embraced it so now, she pours her culinary passion into creating delectable meals at Suryalila.
