Daily Yoga and meditation with Michelle
Explore, move & authentically connect to your body, guided every step of the way to ensure that
you are able and reminded to stay in the moment. You will be taught conscious and natural
breathing tools and techniques to facilitate you in the classes and encourage you to be aware of
your breathing.
The Yoga & meditation classes are designed and created intuitively by Michelle to help support
the healing and restorative focus of the retreat week.

The sessions are suitable for ANYONE. Michelle’s style is very therapeutic and meditative in
nature. If you prefer to take a morning stroll along the “Pathless Path” or a sunrise swim in the
pool as your chosen practice, you are most welcome to miss the yoga.

When you embark on a healing week of self care, introspection and self enquiry:- things, memories, feelings, emotions, questions and sometimes traumatic experiences can rise to the surface for us to acknowledge, feel, accept and finally release.
Using the ‘power of the prompt’ guided in ceremony space with Lara we will delve into the past,
our desires, fears, and the possibilities that lie ahead.
Most mornings we will write, share, give and receive feedback, to discover where the forever thinking mind takes you how these thoughts and experiences may have shaped you, your worldviews, and your life’s path.
(Sharing or giving feedback is always OPTIONAL.)
We will write to explore and find clarity within our emotional bodies; ranging from trauma to bliss. Important memories and or events that arise will help you find acceptance, peace of mind and contentment. Hearing your story welcomes narrative healing. By sharing your stories and supporting one another we grow as writers and as humans through connection, empathy and conscious practices.
