An optimal hormonal level is vital for the immune system, mood and general well-being. We are currently living in very difficult and intense times. Stress rapidly decreases the hormone level. During this retreat, you will learn how to achieve and maintain a hormonal balance using the well-known Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT®) developed by the renowned Dinah Rodrigues. Under supervision of Ute Ekharati Philipp, an experienced Hormone Yoga Therapist, you will perform a series of exercises designed to reactivate hormone production and eliminate the symptoms of low hormones. In addition, you will learn efficient female meditation and relaxation techniques helping you to reduce stress.
HYT® is a natural and holistic method that helps women to regulate their hormonal level during every stage of their life. Its positive effects improve significantly fertility, prevent and reduce menopause symptoms. HYT® does not require any experience in yoga.
Beside the Hormone Yoga Therapy practice, there will be time set aside to enjoy the beauty of Suryalila, one of the most beautiful yoga retreat centre in Europe, chill at the pool, hike through stunning surroundings, or get a massage by the excellent therapists of Suryalila. You can spend the day off on one of the famous beaches of the Costal de Luz, have a salty swim or visit a picturesque white village and taste the Andalusian flavour of life. I am a physiotherapist and yoga teacher and I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years, teaching in groups and offering individualized therapeutic yoga sessions. For 8 years I have been teaching workshops on Hormone Yoga Therapy®. It always has been a wonderful and very special encounter of feminine energy. My first contact with the HYT® Hormone Yoga was in 2010 with the series of exercises just for me. I wanted to share my experience and knowledge. So I participated in a HYT® Hormone Yoga Teacher Training with Dinah Rodrigues in Chicago, United States in 2013. I was deeply impressed meeting Dinah. She is a very agile and energetic person, with incredible physical flexibility. Now 96 years old, she continues to travel around the world and is guiding her Hormone Yoga Teachers Trainings, she is the best example of the benefits of HYT® method. What I like the most about Hormone Yoga Therapy is its fantastic way of connecting with your body and mind, experiencing yourself and staying healthy… and that everything is in your hands!
