Dates & Activities

During our five night Yoga, Nature and White Villages Retreat from 23-28 August you can expect:

  • Late afternoon dip at Arcos Lake beach and *sunset dinner in Arcos de la Frontera hilltop village
  • Mindful El Bosque river walk in a breathtaking natural setting with a visit to the pretty pueblo of Benamahoma with its white washed houses and colourful flower pots
  • Soothing restorative yoga classes 
  • Re-energising Vinyasa Flow yoga classes 
  • Sunset countryside horse ride through valleys filled with Holly Oak trees and natural olive groves
  • Wine-tasting at the family-fun Rivero Bodega in the picturesque village of Prado del Rey
  • Kayaking on the emerald waters of Zahara Lake followed by *lunch in Al Lago restaurant in the hilltop town of Zahara de la Sierra with stunning lake views
  • ‘Reconnect with the land’ garden tour with our eco project, Danyadara
  • Smudge stick workshop with handpicked herbs from the garden

When you are not enjoying these experiences, allow the sun to kiss you at our beautiful salt water pool, lazily read a book in a hammock, luxuriate with a delicious *massage, visit the lovely onsite *Amrita cafe for a handmade smoothie or coffee or wander around the beautiful grounds and surroundings of Suryalila flourishing with orange and fig trees, vegetable garden and ancient olive groves dotted with farm animals.
